1. An efuse circuit, comprising:
a switch having an input node, an output node, and a control node;
a sample circuit configured to provide a sample signal of the switch;
a closed-loop control circuit configured to receive the sample signal, and generate an error signal according to the sample signal; and
a pull-down circuit having a first node, a second node, and a third node, wherein the first node of the pull-down circuit is configured to receive the error signal, the second node of the pull-down circuit is coupled to the control node of the switch, and the third node of the pull-down circuit is coupled to the output node of the switch, and the pull-down circuit is further configured to clamp a voltage across the control node of the switch and the output node of the switch to a preset voltage value when the error signal is greater than a threshold.
