1. A wiring harness for an energy storage system, comprising:
a main trunk;
an inverter connector configured to plug the main trunk into an inverter module, wherein the inverter connector facilitates connection to:
a positive DC power bus;
a negative DC power bus; and
a neutral power bus;
a first spur of the main trunk terminating in a first-type energy storage device connector, wherein the first-type energy storage device connector facilitates connection of:
a positive terminal of a first energy storage device to the positive DC power bus; and
a negative terminal of the first energy storage device to the neutral power bus; and
a second spur of the main trunk terminating in a second-type energy storage device connector, wherein the second-type energy storage device connector facilitates connection of:
a positive terminal of a second energy storage device to the neutral power bus; and
a negative terminal of the second energy storage device to the negative DC power bus.
