1. A system for integrating traffic flow of driverless vehicles and standard operational vehicles to manage traffic capacity on a road segment, the system comprising:
a dynamic lane marking configuration comprising transmitters; and
a controller configured to control the dynamic lane marking configuration to control the transmitters to transmit information representing a lane configuration on the road segment for use by the driverless vehicles.
