8. A method comprising:
identifying an order schedule for an item;
determining a current usage of a first device where the first device usage corresponds to usage of the item;
monitoring social media posts on external social media websites associated with a user, the social media posts relating to activities undertaken by the user, the item being inferred from the activities;
analyzing user data corresponding to the social media posts to determine a future usage of the item;
determining at least one order parameter for a purchase of the item based on the analysis of the user data and an inventory level, the at least one order parameter being predictive of the future usage of the item;
determining to adjust the order schedule based on the social media posts and the future usage of the item; and
facilitating adjustment to the order schedule for the item, the facilitating the adjustment including:
causing display of a user interface on a second device associated with the user that includes a recommendation of the purchase of the item based on the adjustment to the order schedule, the recommendation of the purchase of the item being a selectable item on the user interface;
receiving a selection signal from the second device that is associated with an activation of the selectable item on the user interface; and
based on receiving the selection signal, signaling to an external server to cause the purchase and delivery of the item based on the adjustment to the order schedule and the at least one order parameter.
