1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
receiving, from a first digital system, a first payload comprising a first set of digital policy criteria and a first policy identifier for at least one of the first set of digital policy criteria;
receiving, from the first digital system, a first set of dispute-request values corresponding to a first dispute request for a network transaction and the first policy identifier;
determining, by a second digital system, whether to approve or deny the first dispute request by mapping the first set of dispute-request values to the first set of digital policy criteria utilizing the first policy identifier;
sending a first approval or denial determination to the first digital system;
receiving, from the first digital system based on user interaction via a client device selecting a modified digital criteria, a second payload comprising a modified digital policy criteria and a modified policy identifier for a machine learning model;
receiving, from the first digital system, a second dispute request for a second network transaction and a second policy identifier;
determining, by the second digital system, whether to approve or deny the second dispute request for the second network transaction utilizing the modified digital policy criteria and the machine learning model, by mapping additional dispute-request values for the second network transaction to the modified digital policy criteria and the machine learning model utilizing the modified policy identifier; and
sending a second approval or denial determination to the first digital system.
