1. A method of controlling an electrochromic window, the method comprising:
sending a command from a remote controller to a window controller of the electrochromic window,
wherein the window controller is configured to control an optical state of an electrochromic device of the electrochromic window, and
wherein the command from the remote controller to the window controller is sent over a conductor; and
providing power to the window controller over the conductor,
wherein the power and the command are provided to the window controller via the same conductor, and
wherein the window controller receives a voltage of 48 Volts from the conductor.
