OG exemplary drawing

1. A light detection and ranging (LIDAR) apparatus, comprising:
an optical circuit to emit a first optical beam having a first frequency range and a second optical beam having a second frequency range wherein the optical circuit emits the first optical beam at a first time and the second optical beam at a second time that is later than the first time, wherein the first optical beam and the second optical beam each comprise one or more of an increasing or decreasing frequency over time; and
a dispersive element, coupled with the optical circuit, to deflect the first optical beam at a first angle at the first time based on the first frequency range and to deflect the second optical beam at a second angle at the second time based on the second frequency range.
