a first layer,
wherein the first layer comprises a UV stabilizer and a thermal stabilizer,
wherein the first layer comprises a topmost layer;
a second layer,
wherein the second layer comprises a white layer, and
wherein the second layer directly contacts the first layer;
a third layer,
wherein the third layer contacts the second layer; and
a fourth layer,
wherein the fourth layer contacts the third layer.
