1. A composition comprising a plurality of individual particles, wherein said individual particles comprise:
about 25% to about 99% by weight water soluble carrier; and
a plurality of capsules dispersed in said water soluble carrier, wherein said capsules comprise a core and a shell surrounding said core and said core comprises perfume raw materials;
wherein said shell comprises from about 90% to 100% by weight of said shell of an inorganic material.
