1. A surface-protective pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a surface layer, a resin substrate layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and having a multilayer structure with the resin substrate layer placed between the surface layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer,
wherein the surface layer is a layer obtained by curing a heat-curable composition that comprises the following components:
(a) a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylic copolymer having a glass transition temperature of −40° C. or higher and −22° C. or lower;
(b) an allophanate polyisocyanate and/or a biuret polyisocyanate;
(c) a polysiloxane comprising a hydroxyl group-containing hydrocarbon group and/or polymer; and
(d) a diol having a hydroxyl value of 200 mgKOH/g or higher and a molecular weight of 500 or lower.
