Rx is each independently a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group having 6 to 30 ring atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylsilyl group having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted arylsilyl group having 6 to 60 ring carbon atoms,
D1 is represented by one of formulae (3) and (3x) below, and
D2 is represented by one of the formulae (3), (3x) below and formulae (33) to (38) below,
D1 and D2 being optionally the same or different, a plurality of D2 being optionally the same or different,
R11 to R18 of the formula (3), and R111 to R118 of the formula (3x) each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group having 5 to 30 ring atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylsilyl group having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted arylsilyl group having 6 to 60 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylamino group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted arylamino group having 6 to 60 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted arylthio group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms,
in the formula (3), at least one of combinations of substituents selected from R11 to R18 is optionally mutually bonded to form a cyclic structure,
in the formula (3x), at least one of combinations of substituents selected from R111 to R118 is optionally mutually bonded to form a cyclic structure,
in the formulae (3) and (3x): A, B and C each independently represent a cyclic structure represented by one of a formula (31) and a formula (32) below, each of the cyclic structure A, cyclic structure B, and cyclic structure C being fused with its adjacent cyclic structures at any positions,
p is 4, and four cyclic structures A include two cyclic structures represented by the formula (31) and two cyclic structures represented by the formula (32), and
px and py are each 2, two cyclic structures B include one cyclic structure represented by the formula (31) and one cyclic structure represented by the formula (32), and two cyclic structures C include one cyclic structure represented by the formula (31) and one cyclic structure represented by the formula (32),
in the formula (31), R19 and R20 each independently represent the same as R11 to R18 and are optionally mutually bonded to form a cyclic structure, and
in the formula (32): X1 represents a sulfur atom, or an oxygen atom, and at least one X1 in the formulae (3) and (3x) for D1 is a sulfur atom,
in the formulae (33) to (38), R11 to R20 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group having 5 to 30 ring atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylsilyl group having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted arylsilyl group having 6 to 60 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylamino group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted arylamino group having 6 to 60 ring carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylthio group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted arylthio group having 6 to 30 ring carbon atoms,
