1. A pressurized fluid cleaning system, comprising:
a fluid supply tank containing a fluid at atmospheric pressure;
a first pump having an inlet plumbed to the tank, a recirculation port plumbed to the tank, a primary fluid outlet, and an auxiliary fluid outlet, wherein the first pump pressurizes the fluid drawn from the tank to between 55 psig and 250 psig;
a fluid heater having a fluid inlet plumbed to receive the pressurized fluid from the first pump primary fluid outlet, the heater comprising a heat exchanger system that transfers heat to the fluid flowing through the heat exchanger to raise the fluid temperature to between 150° F. and 375° F.;
a second pump plumbed to receive the heated fluid and to increase the pressure of the heated fluid to between 2,500 psig and 10,000 psig, the second pump having a barrier seal defining a chamber around a pump plunger, a chamber inlet plumbed to the auxiliary fluid outlet on the first pump; and a chamber outlet plumbed to the tank to return fluid circulated through the chamber to the tank;
a second pump bypass conduit plumbed to bypass the second pump; and
a fluid manifold plumbed to receive fluid from either the second pump or the bypass conduit and to discharge fluid to one or more pressure washing equipment.
