1. A system for providing downforce control, the system comprising:
a seeder including a plurality of row units, each row unit being configured to deposit seeds within a ground as the seeder traverses a field;
one or more actuators operably coupled with each of the plurality of row units and configured to adjust a downforce of the plurality of row units;
a sensor configured to detect one or more seeding parameters; and
a computing system provided in operative association with the seeder, the computing system being configured to control the operation of the plurality of row units, wherein the computing system is further configured to:
generate a force command for the one or more actuators to adjust a downforce of the plurality of row units;
generate a variable gain based at least in part on one or more seeding parameters, wherein the variable gain modulates a gain of a band-pass filter; and
adjust a magnitude of the force command thereby generating an adjusted force command.
