1. A method of crisis response for a patient in a supervisory care environment, comprising:
receiving, at a server, a crisis event notification from a first member mobile device, including a patient identifier and a first team member identifier;
determining a location associated with the crisis event notification;
identifying, from stored team member data, a plurality of team member identifiers on a team with the first team member identifier;
transmitting notifications regarding the crisis event notification to respective mobile devices associated with the plurality of team member identifiers, the notifications including the location; and
receiving, from the first member mobile device, patient status data as it is entered into the first member mobile device, and relaying, in real-time using a publish-subscribe model, the patient status data to the respective mobile devices of the plurality of team member identifiers as it is entered at the first member mobile device.
