1. A method of determining an offset indication, performed by a base station, comprising:
determining an offset of remaining minimum system information (RMSI) with respect to a synchronization signal block (SSB);
determining a target association relationship between a value of offset indication information kssb and a number of corresponding offset resource elements (REs), wherein the target association relationship comprises:
in response to determining that a subcarrier spacing of the RMSI is greater than a subcarrier spacing of the SSB, a ratio of the number of corresponding offset REs to the value of the offset indication information kssb is equal to a quotient of the subcarrier spacing of the RMSI divided by the subcarrier spacing of the SSB; and
determining a target kssb based on the target association relationship and the offset.
