1. An apparatus for communicating with networks of first and second types, the apparatus comprising:
one or more processors; and
at least one memory coupled to the one or more processors, wherein the memory stores an identifier and includes instructions executable by the one or more processors to:
provide a registration request to the network of the first type, wherein the provided registration request includes the identifier;
wherein, in response to receipt of the registration request, the network of the first type:
receives an authorization status for the apparatus on the network of the second type,
wherein the authorization status includes a locked status representing permission for the apparatus to register outside of the network of the second type; and
in response to an absence of permission from the locked status, adds the identifier for the apparatus to a set of identifiers for preventing the apparatus from accessing another network outside of the network of the second type.
