1. A wireless headphone comprising:
a wireless communication unit configured to perform wireless communication with an external terminal;
a detection unit configured to detect that the wireless headphone is worn on an external ear or auricle of a user;
an input detection unit configured to detect an input operation of the user;
a control unit configured to transition, based on detection of a specific input operation from the user by the input detection unit in a state that the detection unit does not detect that the wireless headphone is worn on the external ear or auricle, an operation mode to a pairing mode in which pairing related to the wireless communication with the external terminal is performed; and
a speaker,
wherein the control unit causes the speaker to output a predetermined sound for notifying that the operation mode is transitioned to the pairing mode, and
wherein the control unit causes the speaker to output the predetermined sound at a volume higher when the wireless headphone is not worn on the external ear or auricle than when the wireless headphone is worn on the external ear or auricle.
