1. Wireless circuitry comprising:
a radio-frequency amplifier; and
a power detection circuit coupled to an output of the radio-frequency amplifier, the power detection circuit including
an input transistor having a gate terminal coupled to the output of the radio-frequency amplifier, and
a plurality of non-linearity cancellation components, wherein at least one non-linearity cancellation component in the plurality of non-linearity cancellation components is coupled to the gate terminal of the input transistor.
