               1. An electronic device for a terminal device side in a wireless communication system, comprising a processing circuitry configured to:
            receive, from a Base Station (BS) in the wireless communication system, a plurality of Synchronization Signal (SS) blocks,
                wherein the plurality of SS blocks are transmitted by different transmit (TX) beams at the BS side, and each SS block of the plurality of SS blocks indicates information of a TX beam used by the BS to transmit the SS block;
                determine a SS block of the plurality of SS blocks that matches with the terminal device based on a corresponding SS block signal reception quality satisfying a predetermined condition; and
                transmit a random access preamble to the base station to perform a random access process,
                wherein the random access preamble indicates the information of the TX beam used by the BS to transmit the matching SS block,
                wherein a random access time window associated with the random access preamble either independently indicates the information of the TX beam used by the BS to transmit the matching SS block, or indicates information of another TX beam, different from the TX beam, that is used by the BS to transmit the matching SS block,
                wherein each SS block of the plurality of SS blocks includes a corresponding Zadoff-Chu sequence, and
                wherein a correspondence exists between each SS block of the plurality of SS blocks and a TX beam of a plurality of TX beams of the BS, the correspondence comprising:
                a correspondence between a first Zadoff-Chu sequence and a first TX beam of the plurality of TX beams of the BS; and
                a correspondence between a second Zadoff-Chu sequence and a second TX beam of the plurality of TX beams of the BS.
