1. A head-mounted display comprising:
an information acquisition section that continuously acquires information of an environment in which at least one of a communication device and a communication partner for the communication device is placed; and
at least one camera which captures images of a physical environment in which a user wearing the head-mounted display is located, wherein:
the communication partner receives video and audio signals from an entertainment device and outputs the video and audio signals to the communication device,
the information acquisition section continuously acquires the information at a predetermined frame rate,
the communication partner is connected to the entertainment device with wired communication, and
the communication partner is connected to the communication device with wireless communication using a communication standard selected from a plurality of communication standards based at least in part on images of the physical environment captured by the at least one camera.
