1. A system for generating radioisotopes comprising:
a precursor radioisotope source comprising:
a ceramic material; and
a parent radioisotope bound to the ceramic material; and
a chamber including an inner surface, wherein the chamber is configured to house the precursor radioisotope source such that a decay of the parent radioisotope emanates a gaseous radioisotope into the chamber and deposits one or more progeny radioisotopes on the inner surface due to the decay of the gaseous radioisotope.
