1. A vacuum pump having a rotating blade on an outer periphery of a cylinder part and including a rotating body fastened to a rotating shaft by a fastener and rotatable together with the rotating shaft, wherein
in the rotating body, at least one of a fitting hole portion fitted with the rotating shaft and a through hole portion, through which the fastener penetrates, is a stress-reduction target portion, and a groove portion that reduces stress generated in the stress-reduction target portion during rotation of the rotating body is provided in the rotating body,
the rotating body has a recessed portion, and
the groove portion consists of a first groove portion provided adjacent a planar inner peripheral surface of the rotating body and a second groove portion formed on a bottom part in the recessed portion, wherein the planar inner peripheral surface extends within a geometric plane that includes a portion that extends across the first groove portion and wherein the first groove portion comprises an inclined surface extending from the planar inner peripheral surface at an acute angle relative to the portion of the geometric plane that extends across the first groove portion,
wherein the first groove portion comprises an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side, wherein the inner peripheral side comprises the inclined surface and the acute angle of the inclined surface is smaller than an angle at which a surface of the outer peripheral side intersects with the portion of the geometric plane that extends across the first groove portion.
