1. A turbine engine comprising:
a core casing;
a stator extending from the core casing;
a rotor rotatable about a rotational axis; and
a seal assembly comprising:
a carriage assembly carried by the stator and being radially spaced from the core casing, with respect to the rotational axis, the carriage assembly having a seal seat defining a seal cavity;
a plurality of segments coupled to one another, the carriage assembly having a tab extending between the stator and the carriage assembly, the tab coupling the carriage assembly to the stator;
a seal body provided within the seal cavity and having a first seal face confronting the rotor and a second seal face, opposite the first seal face, confronting the seal cavity; and
a biasing element provided within the seal cavity and biasing the seal body radially against the rotor.
