1. A composition comprising an oligonucleotide, wherein the oligonucleotide is
T*SC*RG*RT*SC*RG*RT*ST*ST*ST*SG*ST*SC*RG*RT*ST*ST*ST*SG*ST*SC*RG*R T*ST SEQ ID NO: 1 or a salt thereof,
wherein *S is a phosphorothioate in the Sp configuration and *R is a phosphorothioate in the Rp configuration, and
wherein the composition is chirally controlled in that it is enriched, relative to a substantially racemic preparation of the oligonucleotide, for the oligonucleotide.
