1. An implant nail for correcting a bunion formed at a joint between a metatarsal and a great toe, the implant nail comprising:
a monolithic body comprising:
a head at a first end of the monolithic body, the head having a bone-facing surface and an outer surface opposite the bone-facing surface, the head comprising:
a head first end including a shoulder;
a head second end;
a transverse bore extending along a superior-inferior axis of the head, the transverse bore disposed closer to the bone-facing surface than the outer surface; and
a first bone fixation hole extending through the head, the first bone fixation hole oriented along a first hole axis;
an anchor at a second end of the monolithic body; and
a neck disposed between the second head end and the anchor, the neck comprising
a second bone fixation hole extending through the neck, the second bone fixation hole oriented along a second hole axis, the second hole axis being off-axis from the first hole axis.
