19. An implantable pressure measurement device comprising:
a wireless pressure sensor;
a first anchoring element coupled to the wireless pressure sensor, wherein the first anchoring element has a flattened lobe profile that extends a length from a fixed end of the first anchoring element at the wireless pressure sensor to a free end of the first anchoring element, the free end being rounded;
a second anchoring element coupled to the proximal end of the wireless pressure sensor, the second anchoring element extending a length from a fixed end of the second anchoring element at the wireless pressure sensor to a free end of the second anchoring element that is rounded; and
a disc, wherein the first anchoring element and the second anchoring element are configured to extend through the disc, wherein the first anchoring element, the second anchoring element, and the disc are configured to contact a first wall of an atrial septum of a patient and at least one of a third anchoring element or a surface of the wireless pressure sensor is configured to press against a second wall of the atrial septum to secure the wireless pressure sensor in place within a left atrium of the patient, wherein the first wall of the atrial septum extends along a right atrium of the patient and the second wall of the atrial septum extends along the left atrium.
