1. An endoscopic instrument sized to be inserted within an instrument channel of an endoscope, the endoscopic instrument comprising:
an instrument head comprising a first proximal end and a first distal end configured to cut tissue within a subject;
an actuator coupled with the first proximal end of the instrument head to drive the instrument head; and
a flexible tubing coupled with the actuator such that the actuator is positioned between the instrument head and the flexible tubing, the flexible tubing and the actuator sized to be positioned within a distal portion of the instrument channel of the endoscope during use while the distal portion of the instrument channel is within a cavity of the subject.
