1. A secure product dispenser comprising:
a base extending along a base axis between a first end and an opposing second end, and configured to hold a plurality of units of product;
a top portion configured to adjustably connect to the base; and
a dispenser portion coupled to the top portion and positioned at least partially over the first end of the base,
wherein the dispenser portion is configured to rotate between an open position and a closed position,
wherein in the open position, the dispenser portion is configured to inhibit removal of more than one unit of product from the plurality of units of product held by the base by inhibiting movement of another unit of product into a position of the one unit product after the one unit of product is removed from the base, and
wherein in the closed position, the dispenser portion is configured to inhibit removal of any of the plurality of units of product held by the base.
