1. A method of preparing a sandwich cookie comprising steps of:
(a) providing a first filler cream composition having a first color and a second filler cream composition having a second color;
(b) applying the first filler cream composition and second filler cream composition onto a ram base plate with a printer in a predetermined pattern to accumulate the first filler cream composition and second filler cream composition to produce a filler cream composite rope having a leading edge, and having a continuous interior image defined by the first filler cream composition and second filler cream composition;
(c) cutting the filler cream composite rope to form a filler cream unit having a top surface and a bottom surface;
(d) depositing the filler cream unit onto a first base cake; and
(e) placing a second base cake onto the filler cream unit on a surface opposite the first base cake, thereby forming a sandwich cookie.
