1. Integrated circuitry for a terminal device the integrated circuitry comprising:
controller circuitry and transceiver circuitry configured to operate together to:
establish initial frequencies for communicating with a network infrastructure equipment using radio resources, wherein the radio resources include narrowband carriers that are supported within a system frequency bandwidth, and the system frequency bandwidth is divided by a plurality of predefined groups of physical resource blocks;
receive, from the network infrastructure equipment, configuration signalling providing an indication of a frequency shift to apply to the initial frequencies for;
establish shifted frequencies for the radio resources by applying the indicated frequency shift to the initial frequencies; and
communicate with the network infrastructure equipment using the radio resources with the shifted frequencies, wherein
the frequency shift is such that boundaries of the narrowband carriers align with boundaries between the plurality of predefined groups of physical resource blocks, and
the frequency shift for a first group of the narrowband carriers and the frequency shift for a second group of the narrowband carriers have different magnitudes.
