1. A method for performing wireless communication by a first device, the method comprising:
receiving, from a second device, a physical control channel for device-to-device direct communication, and a physical shared channel for device-to-device direct communication;
based on information regarding a first transmission power for the physical control channel and the physical shared channel being, included in the physical control channel or the physical shared channel, determining a first reference signal received power (RSRP) of a demodulation-reference signal (DM-RS) received through the physical shared channel; and
performing a device-to-device direct communication based on the determined first RSRP,
wherein the information regarding the first transmission power is based on a maximum transmission power and an allowable threshold,
wherein the information regarding the first transmission power includes a first offset for a difference between the maximum transmission power and the first transmission power, and
wherein, based on the first transmission power being equal to or less than the maximum transmission power minus the allowable threshold, the first RSRP is determined by adding, to a second RSRP, a second offset determined based on the first offset, the second RSRP being a RSRP measurement value of the DM-RS.
