1. A method for video processing, comprising:
determining, for a conversion between a current video block of a current picture of a video and a bitstream of the video, whether to use a first half-pel interpolation filter or a second half-pel interpolation filter based on whether a reference picture resampling tool is enabled; and
performing the conversion based on the determining.
