1. An authentication and encryption computer system, the authentication and encryption computer system comprising:
one or more processing devices;
a network interface;
non-transitory memory that stores instructions that when executed by the one or more processing devices are configured to cause the computer system to perform operations comprising:
maintain a data store comprising:
first common content common to a first plurality of entities;
and
communication routing criteria;
receive an encrypted communication comprising a first item request from a first user device of a first user, the first item request encrypted by the first user device;
in response to receiving the first item request:
decrypt, using a first key, the received first item request from the first user device;
after decrypting, using the first key, the received first item request from the first user device, utilize communication routing criteria to select which entity, among a plurality of entities, the first item request is to be routed to;
cause the first item request to be routed to the selected entity, the selected entity selected utilizing the communication routing criteria;
access a token amount specification from the selected entity;
enable the token amount specification from the selected entity to be provided to the first user device;
enable the first user to provide the specified token amount;
access a token distribution rule that indicates that a first portion of the specified token amount is to be distributed to a first destination and that a second portion of the specified token amount is to be distributed to a second destination; and
cause the first portion of the specified token amount provided by the first user to be distributed to the first destination and cause the second portion of the specified token amount is to be distributed to the second destination in accordance with the accesses token distribution rule.
