1. A method, comprising:
sending a first message to a device, wherein the first message comprises a first link to join a video call, and wherein the first link includes a signature;
receiving, from the device, a request to join the video call;
determining, in response to receiving the request, whether the device meets predetermined requirements to join the video call via videoconferencing; and
sending, in response to determining the device does not meet the predetermined requirements to join the video call via videoconferencing, a second message to the device, wherein the second message comprises text indicating that the device does not meet the predetermined requirements, the first link to join the video call, and a second link to join the video call via audio conferencing, and wherein the second link includes the signature.
