1. A system for data processing on device security capabilities, comprising:
a management controller operating on a hardware processor and configured to load and execute one or more algorithms that provide the function of transmitting a request to a managed device using a protocol and to receive a response from the managed device; and
a security policy system operating on the hardware processor and in response to determining that the managed device is non-compliant with one or more original equipment manufacturer functions that discover the device security capabilities, the security policy system configured to execute the one or more algorithms to process a device certificate and to apply a security policy to the managed device certificate based on a system management bus discovery protocol.
