10. A method for delegating authorization to access an isolated collection of data, the method comprising:
receiving, from a client device, a request to access a graph database, wherein the graph database comprise a resource identifier, the resource identifier is associated with an underlying resource of a resource provider, the request includes data associated with a sensor for monitoring, and the client device includes the sensor, and the resource provider publishes a condition set for enabling access to the underlying resource;
receiving the condition set from the resource provider;
registering the condition set to the sensor in the client device for monitoring a status of the condition set by the sensor;
providing, based on the status of the condition set and a predetermined threshold status of the sensor, access to the graph database according to the resource identifier without providing access to the underlying resource associated with the resource identifier.
