1. A radio communications system including a constellation of multiple satellites disposed in random orbits comprising system nodes enabling internodal data transmission, wherein each satellite in the constellation includes:
locating circuitry for determining orbital information defining the location of the satellite relative to the earth's surface;
a unique identifier for distinguishing the satellite from other satellites in the constellation;
at least one antenna for receiving radio signals including the orbital information and unique identifiers of other satellites in the constellation and for transmitting radio signals including said satellite's own orbital information and unique identifier; and
storage circuitry for storing said satellite's own orbital information and the orbital information and unique identifiers of other satellites in the constellation.
