1. A method of heating a surface of a vehicle component, the method comprising:
applying a voltage to a material comprising a carbon allotrope material, a first polymer, a second polymer different than the first polymer, and a sulfonic acid, wherein:
the material comprises a thickness of about 2 μm to about 6 μm, and
the material is disposed on a surface of a vehicle component.
