1. A computing system implemented method comprising:
providing a user with a digital therapeutic system;
identifying, by one or more processors of the digital therapeutic system, one or more medical conditions of the user;
providing the user with a graphical user interface to the digital therapeutic system by which therapeutic treatment content is provided to the user, wherein the therapeutic treatment content provides treatment for the user's one or more medical conditions;
identifying, by one or more processors of the digital therapeutic system, a physical activity performed by human beings to be monitored, wherein the number of times the physical activity is performed in a given time frame provides an indication of a status of one or more of the identified medical conditions;
defining a change in altitude range determined to be associated with the physical activity;
generating, by one or more processors of the digital therapeutic system, physical activity altitude data representing a correlation between the defined change in altitude range and an occurrence of the physical activity;
generating baseline user physical activity count data representing a baseline number of occurrences of the physical activity in a defined timeframe for the user of the digital therapeutic system based on historical physical activity data associated with previous physical activities of the user;
collecting, by one or more processors of the digital therapeutic system, objectively measured current user altitude data from one or more remote monitoring devices associated with the user of the digital therapeutic system;
analyzing, by one or more processors of the digital therapeutic system, the current user altitude data and the physical activity altitude data to identify one or more current occurrences of the user engaging in the physical activity;
based on the current user altitude data, generating current user physical activity count data representing the current number of times the physical activity is performed by the user in the defined timeframe;
comparing the current user physical activity count data with the baseline user physical activity count data;
if the current user physical activity count data differs from the baseline user physical activity count data by a threshold amount, automatically determining, by one or more processors of the digital therapeutic system, a current status of the one or more medical conditions of the user of the digital therapeutics system;
based on the determined current status of the one or more medical conditions of the user, dynamically modifying, by one or more processors of the digital therapeutic system, the therapeutic treatment content provided to the user through the graphical user interface of the digital therapeutic system, wherein the modified therapeutic treatment content provides treatment for the user's one or more medical conditions; and
providing the modified therapeutic treatment content to the user through the graphical user interface of the digital therapeutic system.
