1. A self-sanitizing payment assembly configured for attachment to a wall surface near a window, the self-sanitizing payment assembly comprising:
an enclosure assembly comprising a housing, a first panel and a second panel, the first panel and the second panel collectively disposable into and out of a closed position and a plurality of open positions,
a mounting assembly comprising a sleeve operatively connected to a brace, the brace disposed on an inside of the housing, the sleeve disposed in slidable and movable relation to the brace,
a retractable lever assembly comprising a plurality of segments collectively disposable into and out of a retracted position and a plurality of expanded positions,
a payment processing unit connected to a retaining structure, the retaining structure connected to at least one of the plurality of segments,
a sanitizing unit connected to the retaining structure, and
the retaining structure movable with respect to the housing and disposable into and out of a plurality of operative orientations.
