1. A system comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory in communication with the one or more processors and storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, are configured to cause the system to:
receive one or more restrictions to be applied to an account, wherein a first restriction comprises a first predetermined distance for completing a transaction;
receive, from a point-of-sale (POS) terminal for a first transaction associated with the account, first location data for the POS terminal that is indicative of a POS terminal location;
receive second location data from a mobile device of an account holder, the second location data indicative of a mobile device location comprising a current location of the mobile device at an approximate time the first transaction is initiated by a cardholder at the POS terminal;
determine that the mobile device location is outside the first predetermined distance from the POS terminal location;
responsive to determining that the mobile device location is outside the first predetermined distance from the POS terminal location:
receive, from the mobile device of the account holder, user identification information comprising one or more of a login, a password, a gesture, and biometric identification information;
determine that the received user identification information matches stored user identification information; and
automatically cause the mobile device to modify a graphical user interface (GUI) to include one or more selectable graphical inputs comprising a first selectable graphical input configured to complete the first transaction upon being selected and a second selectable graphical input configured to deny the first transaction upon being selected;
responsive to the account holder selecting the first selectable graphical input of the one or more selectable graphical inputs, complete the first transaction; and
responsive to the account holder selecting the second selectable graphical input of the one or more selectable graphical inputs, deny the first transaction.
