1. A self-programming apparatus for implementing neuroplastic behaviors comprising:
at least one data sourcing means for obtaining a first data and subsequent data;
a field programmable cellular automata not including any hardware processors, means for operably configured with at least one electronic circuit for mapping truth selected from the group consisting of “OR”, “AND”, “NAND (not AND)”, “NOR (not OR)”, and “X-OR (exclusive OR)”;
a Cognitive Bayesian Reasoning System (CBRS) for performing computing actions operably implemented with said cellular automata; and,
wherein said CBRS in response to changes in the first data and subsequent data implement neuroplastic behaviors by performing at least one computing action selected from the group consisting of inference, inductive reasoning, abductive reasoning, deductive reasoning, machine learning, and evolving neural models.
