1. A power supply device comprising:
one input terminal;
multiple output terminals;
multiple first current control elements that are connected between the input terminal and a respective multiple output terminals;
a control circuit that controls the multiple first current control elements;
a fault detection circuit that includes multiple voltage comparator circuits each of which compares a voltage proportional to a voltage of one of the multiple output terminals with a predetermined threshold voltage and detects a fault state that is an open-circuit state or a short-circuit state of the respective multiple output terminals; and
a voltage convertor circuit that generates the predetermined threshold voltage according to an electric potential difference of a current setting resistor, the electric potential difference being generated by flowing a current through the current setting resistor, the predetermined threshold voltage being applied to an input terminal of each of the multiple voltage comparator circuits,
wherein the fault state detected by the fault detection circuit is notified to outside.
