a set of capacitors coupled in series;
an amplifier coupled to the set of capacitors;
a first switch coupled between the set of capacitors and the amplifier;
a set of buffers;
a set of switches coupled between the set of buffers and the set of capacitors; and
a control circuit that includes a first set of outputs coupled to the set of buffers and a second set of outputs coupled to the set of switches, wherein the control circuit is configured to close the first switch when the set of switches are open, and close the set of switches when the first switch is open.
