1. A feedback module used in a photoelectric sensing system comprising logic circuits and hardware circuits, both of which are electrically connected to each other to form a plurality of modules, wherein the modules comprises:
a schedule hardware register module, configured to receive a modulation signal in the photoelectric sensing system and a sensing signal in the photoelectric sensing system, schedule and temporarily store signal values of the sensing signal in successive half modulation cycles in sequence by taking the half modulation cycle as a time interval to obtain a temporarily stored sensing signal which has been scheduled; and
a computation circuit module, wherein in each of the half modulation cycles, the computation circuit module calculates a differential signal value of the temporarily stored sensing signal between the previous two half modulation cycles, and outputs the differential signal value as a signal value of a feedback signal;
wherein the schedule hardware register module is further configured to temporarily store the feedback signal, and the feedback module feedbacks the feedback signal to an integrated optics chip of the photoelectric sensing system.
