1. A method of reducing a vibrational force of equipment, the method comprising:
assembling a base by introducing a first coated substrate with a second coated substrate to form the base, wherein the base comprises:
a first coated substrate having a first planar portion of a first substrate coated with a first elastomer;
a second coated substrate having a second planar portion of a second substrate coated with a second elastomer;
wherein the base comprises a seam to allow moisture to pass through;
adjoining the first coated substrate with the second coated substrate via one or more components selected from the group consisting of a key member, an adhesive, a fastener, a nail, a screw, a bolt, a sealant, or a combination thereof:
disposing an equipment unit onto the base; and
applying a vibrational force to the base via operation of the equipment unit.
