1. A method of drilling a second wellbore segment based on the outcome of a test scenario executed while drilling a first wellbore segment, the method comprising:
comparing:
(a) a manner in which a first drilling rig varied one or more operating parameters, in accordance with the test scenario, while a first bottom-hole-assembly (“BHA”) and the first drilling rig together drilled the first wellbore segment;
with
one or more performance characteristics, monitored by the first BHA while the first drilling rig varied the one or more operating parameters in accordance with the test scenario;
or
(b) a manner in which a second drilling rig varied the one or more operating parameters, in accordance with the test scenario, while a second BHA and the second drilling rig together drilled the first wellbore segment;
with
the one or more performance characteristics, monitored by the second BHA while the second drilling rig varied the one or more operating parameters in accordance with the test scenario;
and
based on at least said comparison, controlling the first drilling rig while the first BHA and the first drilling rig together drill the second wellbore segment.
