1. A contact prevention device for a work machine comprising:
a three-dimensional measurement sensor that includes a light-emitting unit and a light-receiving unit, and is capable of detecting timing at which the light-receiving unit receives light from the light-emitting unit which is reflected by hitting at an object and the received light intensity;
an object determination unit that determines the object on the basis of at least the received light intensity, wherein the object determination unit compares the light intensity to a first threshold and if equal to or greater than then to a second threshold set higher than the first threshold;
an obstacle information output unit that outputs information related to an obstacle; and
a notification device that makes a notification in accordance with an output result from the obstacle information output unit, wherein
the obstacle information output unit generates information related to the obstacle on the basis of a distance to the object acquired by the three-dimensional measurement sensor, and a determination result from the object determination unit.
