1. A DNA construct comprising a polynucleotide sequence encoding an insecticidal polypeptide, wherein the polypeptide has at least 70% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the polynucleotide sequence is operably linked to a heterologous regulatory element.
