1. A package, comprising:
a base, the base including a floor and an outer wall, the outer wall extending perpendicular to the floor and having an outer surface at least partially defining an outer surface of the package;
a primary lid connected to the base via a hinge, the primary lid configured to move between a closed position and an open position, the primary lid and the base collectively defining a primary storage area within the package when the primary lid is in the closed position; and
a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism including
at least one arm extending from an interior surface of the primary lid, the at least one arm having a respective first engaging structure, and
a flexible member at least partially inwardly adjacent to the outer wall, the flexible member including
a flexible rib, the flexible rib including a fixed end connected to the floor and a free end opposite the fixed end,
at least one second engaging structure on an outer surface of the flexible rib, the at least one second engaging structure facing an inner surface of the outer wall such that the outer wall horizontally obscures the at least one second engaging structure from an exterior of the package, and
a contact structure on the outer surface of the flexible rib, the contact structure having an outer surface that is exposed to the exterior of the package,
wherein the flexible member is configured to flex inwards from a relaxed position to a flexed position based on flexing of the flexible rib in response to a first force being applied to the contact structure in a first direction directed towards an interior of the package, the flexible member further configured to return to the relaxed position absent the first force,
wherein the flexible member is configured to engage the respective first engaging structure of the at least one arm with the at least one second engaging structure in response to the primary lid being in the closed position and the flexible member being in the relaxed position to retain the primary lid in the closed position,
wherein the flexible member is configured to disengage the respective first engaging structure of the at least one arm from the at least one second engaging structure in response to the first force being applied to the contact structure in the first direction to cause the flexible member to move to the flexed position while the primary lid is in the closed position,
wherein the primary lid is configured to be moved from the closed position to the open position based on applying a second force to the primary lid in a second direction while the flexible member is in the flexed position, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction.
